Phone Card Shopping Agreement

Procedures:

Customers can visit and browse through our pages as they wish and buy prepaid calling card. If a customer desires to buy our calling card, just go to your account page, choose quantity and check out your purchase. When accessing "Your Account" page, new customer will need to fill in Personal Information such as name, address, etc, and a password to create a FREE account at StartDialing.com. Returning customers can simply log in using email address and password, when checking out using a Credit Card Payment Button - payment form will be automatically filled in. Since PIN numbers are sent to email address provided by the customer, it is the customer's sole responsibility as far as the accuracy of the email address is concerned. StartDialing.com will not be held responsible any error or loss of PIN numbers due to the faulty email address. We will only use the information provided by our customers to fulfill order (read here for our Privacy Policy.)

Order Delivery: 

PIN numbers for calling cards will be shown as soon as the credit card transaction is successful and your IP address has been verified against your actual billing address . A copy of the receipt is emailed to the address provided within a few seconds. In case of any unforeseen technical errors during transaction, please inform us at sales@startdialing.com. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide us with correct email address. StartDialing.com shall not be held responsible for any mistaken delivery produced by customer's false information. StartDialing.com also shall not be held responsible for unauthorized use of PIN number; stolen or otherwise.

Refund Policy:

StartDialing.com does not allow any refunds. You might be able to get a refund. However, this applies only if you have not used the card. Sometimes the rates can be different from the rate that we state on our web site due to the change from the card's vendor's side. If an automatic message says different amount of minutes from what we show on our web site, please hang up immediately and contact us! Continuing use of the card at this points means that you AGREE to use the card with the said amount of time/charge. In this case, we cannot refund the card for you.

Rates are subject to change without notice. However, if there is any case of discrepancy in rates, StartDialing.com shall not be held responsible. StartDialing.com has no control over a long distance carrier or the phone cards issuer/producer being closed down/gone out of business or domestic and International rate changes. No liability will be assumed by us in such an event. Calls are based on one minute rounding for the first minute, three minute rounding thereafter. A $0.49 maintenance fee applies at midnight after first use, weekly thereafter. A line service fee applies. International rates vary by country called and have no connection fees. Card has no cash value and is nonrefundable through the retailer. Not responsible for lost or stolen pin number. Card expires 6 months from first use. Calls made from a payphone in the US are subject to a $0.69 fee.
